Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Pietro Mersi, Secretary for Transport, in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to EVA Airways Corporation to enable the airline to operate without capacity constraints over the routing “From points in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu via intermediate points to a point or points in New Zealand and beyond”, and to introduce less onerous tariffs filing requirements.

The variation took effect on 10 December 2018.
