Pursuant to section 186H(2) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Manager Customary Fisheries and Spatial Allocations, Ministry for Primary Industries (acting under authority delegated to him by the Director-General of the Ministry for Primary Industries), gives the following notice:

1. An aquaculture decision has been made for Resource Consent U180271, Outer Crail Bay—Clarke, Graeme Henry and Elizabeth Patricia as trustees of the Crail Bay Trust.
