Pursuant to Section 142Q of the Employment Relations Act 2000

On 11 December 2019, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that New Zealand Fusion International Limited of 4085 State Highway 5, RD 2, Reporoa 3083, be banned from entering into an employment agreement as an employer for a period of 18 months from 28 days from the date of judgment.

On 11 December 2019, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Shenshen Guan of 4085 State Highway 5, RD 2, Reporoa 3083, be banned from entering into an employment agreement as an employer and from being an officer of an employer and from being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 18 months from 28 days from the date of judgment.
