Section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Pursuant to section 37B(1)(b) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that Rotorua Airport, located at 837 Te Ngae Road, State Highway 30, Te Ngae, Rotorua and operated by Rotorua Regional Airport Limited, is no longer an approved place of first arrival for offshore craft.

A copy of the written notice of revocation may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, Wellington 6011.
