Under section 447(2) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to New Life Ministries Trust in respect of any pupil at Nelson Christian Academy shall be a maximum of $550 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum from 2020, and a maximum of $600 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum from 2022.
