Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 July 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Steven Trim, in respect of Bright Beginnings Papamoa Community CC (45039) situated at 180 Dickson Road, Papamoa, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
