In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2018, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, that the name of Brian Robert Ellis be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.

On 18 June 2019 the High Court issued a judgment recording the appeal against this order is dismissed. Accordingly, the name of Brian Robert Ellis is struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.
