Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:

Anthony Peter Christiansen

Philip James Recordon

retired District Court Judges, each to be an Acting District Court Judge for a term of two years commencing on 17 April 2020 and 4 April 2020 respectively; and

David John Harvey

retired District Court Judge, to be an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, for a term commencing on 5 March 2020 and expiring on 31 December 2021.
