I, Philippa Le Couteur, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 31 October 2019, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Taihoa Farm Limited from the Companies Register on 6 January 2016, with Resource Consent No. CRC060866.1, issued by the Canterbury Regional Council, relating to a property at 262 Barkers Road, Rangiora.
