Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 October 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Alison Rudzki, in respect of Awapuni Kindergarten (5250), situated at 20 Alexander Street, Awapuni, Palmerston North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
