Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 August 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Helen May, in respect of GDFKA Home Based Learning (46533), situated at 25 Wilson Street, Geraldine.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
