Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 20 December 2018.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment Act) 1992 Notice 2014—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2014, Issue No. 143, Notice No. 2014-go7228).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “MidCentral DHB”
1. by omitting the name and title
   "Richard Barrass, psychiatric nurse, of Palmerston North"
2. and substituting the name and title
   "John Jeffrey Hammond, registered nurse, of Whanganui".
