Pursuant to section 153(1)(b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngāti Ruanui will become a Year 1–13 composite school on 28 April 2020 and cease to be a Year 1–8 primary school on that day.
