Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I give notice that on 7 November 2018 the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Dr David Clark, Minister of Health, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act (restrictions on borrowing), for NZ Health Partnerships Limited to borrow from Revera Limited from 8 November 2018 under a specific agreement and within a specified limit.
