Pursuant to section 398(2) of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the adoption of amendment 185, 186 and 187 to joint food standards under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code Notice, which was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 18 September 2019.

The joint food standard comes into effect on 16 October 2019.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (“ANZFSC”) can be found at: www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx.
