Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 December 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Johanna Reidy, in respect of Box Hill Kids (50058) situated at 35 Box Hill, Khandallah, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
