Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to appoint two Limited Statutory Managers for the Waimarama School (2718) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 October 2017, Issue No. 104, Notice No. 2017-go5310) and its subsequent amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 2018, Notice No. 2018-go5266).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
