Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 20 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, the Minister of Energy and Resources has appointed:

Elena Trout, of Auckland

as Chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board for a term of three years commencing on 16 September 2019 and expiring on 15 September 2022; and

Norman Smith, of Wellington

Dr Linda Wright, of Queenstown

as members of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board for terms of three years commencing on 16 September 2019 and expiring on 15 September 2022.
