Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 13 March 2019, notice is given that, having received an application, I, Thomas Hamilton Forster, Manager – International Connections in the Ministry of Transport, have granted Kuwait Airways Corporation a Scheduled International Air Service Licence authorising the airline to offer services between Kuwait and New Zealand, without route or capacity constraints.

The Licence has been issued for an indefinite term with effect from 12 September 2019.
