Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Maraenui Bilingual School (Napier) (2604) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 October 2014, No. 119, page 3340).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
