Pursuant to section 101D of the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date on which nominations must close for the election for a student representative for the Board of Trustees of Upper Hutt College (250) to 17 October 2019.

The election must therefore be held on 31 October 2019.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
