Pursuant to section 116 of the Wine Act 2003, notice is given of the issue on 5 September 2019 of the Wine Notice: Exemption from Export Requirements for Wine Intended for Consumption during Transit, which came into force on 5 September 2019.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Pipitea, Wellington.
