Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 13 March 2019, I hereby give notice that I, Tom Forster, Manager – International Connections, Ministry of Transport, granted LOT Polish Airlines a Scheduled International Air Service Licence, permitting the airline to perform scheduled air services between Poland and New Zealand.

The Licence took effect on 5 September 2019.
