Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Murupara Area School (658) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 2014, No. 89, page 2511) and its subsequent amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 November 2016, Issue No. 101, Notice No. 2016-go6248).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
