Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that New Zealand Aquaculture Limited meets the criteria in section 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and New Zealand Aquaculture Limited represents the aquaculture sector, comprising the greenlipped mussel, Chinook (King) salmon and Pacific oyster industries, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
