Pursuant to section 101D of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 14 June 2019 election for parent representatives for the Board of Trustees of Manunui School (2393), and require a new election to be held on 26 September 2019.

The elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election return to office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new election.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
