Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 June 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Ayan Ahmed, in respect of Building Blocs Childrens Services (47423), situated at 5 John Street, Enderley, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
