Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 13 March 2019, I give notice that, having received a licence application, I have granted Tata SIA Airlines Limited (doing business as Vistara) a Scheduled International Air Service Licence. The Licence, which is for an indefinite term, took effect from 6 August 2019.
