Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that Auckland International Airport, located at Ray Emery Drive, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022, and operated by Auckland International Airport Limited, is approved as a place of first arrival as of 22 January 2019 subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Auckland International Airport is able to receive:

• Passenger craft (commercial, charter or private)
• Military craft
• Freight craft

that are able to discharge the following cargo types:

• Air containers (empty or containing baggage or freight)
• Fresh produce
• Live animals
• Passengers (civilian and military)
• Crew and baggage
• Vehicles and machinery

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

All former approvals in relation to Auckland International Airport Limited are revoked.
