Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 2 May 2019, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(c) and 244 of the Act, that the name of Mohammed Idris Hanif be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.
