Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Yi Nicholl, Senior Solicitor, hereby give notice that, on 2 July 2019, Natasha Barnett, Group Manager Resourcing, Ministry of Education, and on 4 July 2019, Andrew Rutledge, Manager, Education & Population Agencies at the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Paengaroa School Board of Trustees to:

• hold shares in Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited to an aggregate maximum value of $500; and
• acquire future bonus/rebate shares issued by Farmlands but not to acquire additional shares.
