Pursuant to section 92 of the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 2017, I, John Crawshaw, Director of Addiction Services, designate the Pitman House inpatient unit, of Waitematā District Health Board, as an approved provider for the initial period of stabilisation of treatment. This gazette notice is for a period of three months from 1 July 2019 to 1 October 2019.
