Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 12 of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Act 2004, the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage appoints

Laurence Kubiak, of Auckland

as Chair of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Board, for a term commencing on 1 June 2019 and expiring on 31 May 2022; and reappoints as a member of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Board, for a term commencing on 1 May 2020 and expiring on 31 May 2022.

Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act and section 12 of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Act 2004, the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage reappoints as members of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Board

Peter Biggs, of Featherston

for a term commencing on 1 June 2019 and expiring on 31 May 2021; and

Clare Murray, of Christchurch

for a term commencing on 1 June 2019 and expiring on 31 May 2022.
