Pursuant to section 421(4) of the Customs and Excise Act 2018, notice is hereby given of the making of the following Chief Executive’s Amendment Rules, which shall come into force on 30 July 2019:

Customs (Arriving Passenger and Crew Declarations) Amendment Rules 2019

Copies of these rules are available for inspection on the Customs Service website at www.customs.govt.nz or at any of the following Customs offices:
