Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 24 June 2019 to amendments to the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for Laboratories (“Notice”), which will come into force on 1 July 2019.

Pursuant to section 168(5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, this Notice will amend the following material incorporated by reference in the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for Laboratories:

• MPI Consolidated List of Tests for Animal Products: meat, poultry, honey, seafood, dairy, live animals and germplasm.

A copy of the Notice and the above incorporated material may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, Wellington.
