Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 21 June 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Amending a Notice – Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 16 November 2006, No. 137, page 4003).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Taranaki District Health Board”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Dr Allan Binnie, psychiatrist, of New Plymouth“,
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Ross Ekdahl, nurse practitioner, of Waitara”.
