Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I appoint the following person as a compulsory care coordinator for the named geographical and operational areas listed below.

National coverage, being the geographical areas including the Auckland/Northland, Midlands, Central and Southern regions.

The appointment of the above-named person takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and ends on 30 June 2024.
