Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2019

Pursuant to section 88 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the Crown issues the following notice.

Notice

Title—
1. This notice is the Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2019.
2. In this notice, the Primary Maternity Services Notice 2007, which was published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 2007, No. 41, page 1025, and became effective from 1 July 2007, is called the principal notice.
Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 July 2019.
Amendment to Schedule 1—The principal notice is amended by revoking Schedule 1 and substituting the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this notice.
Revocation—The following notice is revoked:
1. The Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2018, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 2018, Notice No. 2018-go3087, and became effective from 1 July 2018.
