3. Mortgage no. 380030.2 registered against certificate of title TN208/56 (Taranaki Land Registry);
4. Mortgage no. 303118.1 registered against certificate of title TNE2/644 (Taranaki Land Registry);
5. Mortgage no. 442617.2 registered against certificates of title TNK4/79 and TNK4/80 (each, Taranaki Land Registry).
