Declaration of Electricity Operator (Tararua Wind Power Limited) Notice 2019
This notice is issued pursuant to section 4A of the Electricity Act 1992 and declares
Tararua Wind Power Limited
to be an electricity operator for all the purposes of the Electricity Act 1992, including for the purpose of line function services.
The business interests in respect of which this declaration is made are confined to all or any of the works described at section 4A(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1992.

This notice applies to Tararua Wind Power Limited, a New Zealand registered limited liability company.

The Declaration of Electricity Operator (Tararua Wind Power Limited) Notice 2019 declares an electricity generator to be an electricity operator under the Electricity Act 1992.
Tararua Wind Power Limited is declared an operator for all the purposes of the Electricity Act 1992, which gives it rights to construct and maintain electricity works on roads and the right to apply for access to level crossings.
