Pursuant to section 101(7) and section 101D of the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I ratify 7 June 2019 as the date of the first elections of the trustees and approve 14 June 2019 as the date of the first board meeting for the Te Uho o Te Nikau Primary School Board of Trustees (“board”).

I also declare valid the 7 June 2019 elections of parent and staff representatives for the board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
