Pursuant to section 11 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 5(1) of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General, has been pleased to appoint

Gabrielle Jane Wagner, Barrister of Auckland

as a District Court Judge, and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court, commencing on 12 July 2019.
