Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that, on 29 March 2019, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, that Simon Nicholas Claver be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of 12 months from 1 March 2019.
