as a member and Commissioner of the New Zealand Productivity Commission for a term of three years commencing on 1 June 2019 and ending on 31 May 2022, and I appoint

Professor Gail Pacheco, of Auckland

as a member and Commissioner of the New Zealand Productivity Commission for a term of three years commencing on 1 July 2019 and ending on 30 June 2022.
