Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint the following members of the Broadcasting Commission (NZ On Air) Board:

Linda Clark of Wellington, for a term of office from 1 May 2019 to 31 March 2022;

Philip Broughton of Dunedin, for a term of office from 1 June 2019 to 31 March 2022;

Helen Grattan of Napier, for a term of office from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2022; and

John McCay of Wellington, for a term of office from 1 May 2019 to 30 June 2021.
