Under section 101 of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve 7 June 2019 as the election date in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Knights Stream School – Mingimingi Hautoa Board of Trustees (formerly known as Halswell West Primary School).

I also approve 20 June 2019 as the date for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees.

This notice shall take effect on the date of publication.
