Pursuant to section 251A of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, has been pleased to appoint:

Melanie Harland, Environment Judge of Auckland

to be Acting Principal Environment Judge for the period commencing on 8 May 2019 until the Principal Environment Judge resumes the duties of that office.
