Pursuant to Rule 2.4(3) of the District Court Rules 2014, the Minister for Courts has, with immediate effect, varied the opening hours of the District Court at Alexandra, previously notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2003, Issue 150, page 4203, to being open from 9.00am to 12.30pm, and 1.30pm to 4.00pm, Mondays to Fridays, on every day that is not a court holiday.

The earlier notice, as it relates to the District Court at Alexandra, is hereby revoked.
