Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 13 March 2019, I give notice that, having received an application from Air Chathams Ltd., I have granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights between New Zealand and Australia, and within Australia, for an indefinite term with effect from 3 May 2019.
