Pursuant to section 88 of the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 2017, I, Dr John Crawshaw, Director of Addiction Services, designate Dr Alfred Dell’Ario as the temporary Director of Area Addiction Services for Nelson Marlborough District Health Board, while Dr Michael Haskew is on leave.

Dr Alfred Dell’Ario is temporarily assigned to the Nelson Marlborough District Health Board, as defined in Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, effective 12 April 2019.
